Yes, all CRA-YON products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test on animals, nor do we use any animal-derived ingredients in our formulations.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times vary by destination, usually ranging from 7-14 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or opened.
Can I get a sample before purchasing a full bottle?
Absolutely. We offer discovery sets that allow you to experience our entire collection at home before committing to a full-sized bottle.
